These terms apply to the international connectivity and network acceleration subscription service provided by VPNGot. Before using the service, review its scope, account rules, and refund terms, and determine whether its use is appropriate under the laws where you are located. Package prices and data allowances are shown on the pricing page and in panel orders. For information about how personal data is handled, see the Privacy Policy.
Service Scope
VPNGot provides subscriptions to international routes, client access, and connection configurations, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The service is intended for lawful cross-border access and network performance. It does not include third-party website accounts, content licenses, or paid benefits offered by third-party platforms.
Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Data packages can be used until depleted and do not expire. Check the package type and data allowance before confirming an order to avoid confusing the billing terms for monthly subscriptions and data packages.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required; a username and password are all you need to create an account. Keep your login details and subscription link secure. Do not publish them on public pages, in groups, or in code repositories. A subscription link grants access and should be protected like account credentials. If you suspect it has been exposed, stop sharing it and contact support through a panel ticket.
There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time. This applies to the account holder’s use on their own devices and does not authorize sharing an account or subscription with others. Reselling, renting out, or publicly distributing a subscription is prohibited, as is repackaging this service as a network service for third parties. Account holders must manage their authorized devices and are responsible for activity under their accounts.
Lawful Use
You must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where you are located, as well as the terms of the websites you access. Do not use the service for fraud, distributing unlawful content, infringing intellectual property, unauthorized system access, sending spam, or carrying out cyberattacks. You must not disrupt routes or other users’ connections.
Users are responsible for confirming they have authorization to view, download, or otherwise process third-party content. A successful network connection does not grant rights to use content and does not mean a third-party platform endorses an account, payment region, or method of access. If you find an unusual configuration or suspect misuse, report it through a ticket and do not continue sharing the relevant credentials.
Availability and Limits of Responsibility
Connection performance depends on your local network, carrier links, the policies of the destination service, and device configuration. Routes may change due to maintenance, troubleshooting, or upstream adjustments. Access to a particular website may also change with its regional and account policies. VPNGot does not guarantee that all routes, regions, or third-party content will always be available.
If you encounter an issue, keep the error message and note the platform and route you used. Check your configuration using the getting started guide, then contact support. VPNGot will help troubleshoot issues within the service’s scope but cannot control changes to third-party website content, account decisions, or local network outages. Liability is governed by applicable law; these terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.
Refunds and Support
You may request a full refund for any reason within 30 days of your first payment. Submit your request through the ticket portal in the user panel, stating that you are requesting a refund and providing the relevant order information. You do not need to troubleshoot the service before making this refund request.
Alipay / WeChat / USDT are supported. The refund process and status will be confirmed through a ticket; these terms do not promise a specific time for funds to arrive. Do not submit payment passwords, complete subscription links, or other sensitive information unrelated to verifying your order in a ticket.
Account Termination and Changes to These Terms
For unlawful use, resale or sharing, cyberattacks, or repeated disruption of the service, VPNGot may restrict access, suspend a subscription, or terminate an account, depending on the circumstances. In urgent situations, necessary restrictions may be applied first. If you believe an action was taken in error, explain the situation through a ticket and request a review. Account actions do not affect refund rights or other rights granted by law.
If the service rules change, the updated terms and the month of the latest update will be posted on this page. Changes that materially affect subscription benefits will be explained through an on-site announcement or a notice in the user panel. Review any relevant changes before continuing to use the service. If you disagree, contact support through a ticket and discontinue further use. Existing order benefits and the handling of disputes are governed by applicable law.
