Monthly Plans and Data Bundles

For regular use, choose data that resets monthly; for occasional use, consider a data bundle. Check the billing rules first, then pick a plan based on your actual usage.

Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date. For a mid-cycle upgrade, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Data bundles are consumed as you use them and don’t reset monthly.

Budget data by month

Monthly Plans

A good fit for frequent access to international websites, AI tools, or streaming. The plans differ in monthly data allowance, not the number of devices you can connect at once. This page lists the available monthly plans only; no other billing periods or discounts are offered.

Monthly Plan · 60GB

¥9.9/month

  • 60GB, resets monthly on your activation date
  • 110+ countries / 210+ routes
  • Unlimited devices
  • 30-day refund policy

A good fit for light use such as web searches, email, and text-based AI tools. If you mainly look up information and rarely stream video, start with this plan to track your actual data use before deciding whether you need a higher allowance.

60GB is a monthly data allowance, not unlimited data. Downloads, video streaming, and app updates all affect how quickly you use it; factor in simultaneous use across multiple devices, too. Resets are based on your activation date. Check the billing cycle in the panel before use.

Choose This Plan

Monthly Plan · 250GB

¥18/month

  • 250GB, resets monthly on your activation date
  • 110+ countries / 210+ routes
  • Unlimited devices
  • 30-day refund policy

A good fit if you do more than browse for information—such as stream video, sync work files, or switch between devices. Choose based on your actual monthly usage; having more devices doesn’t automatically mean you need a larger plan.

The 250GB plan gives you a larger monthly data allowance, but it doesn’t change the account requirements of the platforms you use or guarantee a particular speed at all times. Cross-border connection performance also depends on your local network, selected route, and destination service. If you’re unsure how much data you need, use the consumption details in the panel to guide your choice.

Choose This Plan

Monthly Plan · 500GB

¥28/month

  • 500GB, resets monthly on your activation date
  • 110+ countries / 210+ routes
  • Unlimited devices
  • 30-day refund policy

A good fit for frequent video streaming, large file transfers, or ongoing use across multiple devices. If your current usage is already close to a lower plan’s allowance, choosing a higher tier based on your usage history is more reliable than guessing from your viewing habits.

The 500GB plan still has a defined monthly allowance; it isn’t unlimited. The higher price gets you more data, not an additional platform membership or a dedicated IP. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Check the details shown in the panel before confirming the change.

Choose This Plan

When choosing a monthly plan, check the reset date first, then your remaining data. Your activation date sets the monthly reset schedule; resets don’t happen at the start of each calendar month by default. If you have questions about a mid-cycle upgrade calculation, review the change details in the panel before confirming.

Use data as needed

Data Bundles, use until depleted

Data bundles never expire, making them suitable for irregular needs or long gaps between sessions. This means your data won’t expire when the month changes; it does not mean usage is unlimited or that your allowance is replenished each month.

Data Bundle · 300GB

¥158/bundle

  • 300GB, use until depleted
  • Never expires
  • Unlimited devices
  • 30-day refund policy

A good fit for occasional research on international sources, temporary cross-border work, or anyone who doesn’t want to plan usage by month. Use data when you need it, then keep the remaining allowance for later.

300GB is the total allowance for this data bundle, not a monthly allowance. If you later start streaming video regularly or downloading files often, compare the monthly plan rules again. Never expiring doesn’t mean the data is replenished after it’s used.

Choose This Plan

Data Bundle · 1000GB

¥358/bundle

  • 1000GB, use until depleted
  • Never expires
  • Unlimited devices
  • 30-day refund policy

A good fit for uneven usage that may involve video or file transfers during active periods. If you use the service heavily at some times and barely at others, a larger data bundle lets you use your allowance without a monthly reset schedule.

Consider your overall budget and any data you already have remaining before choosing. 1000GB is the total data allowance; it doesn’t guarantee a particular viewing duration. Actual usage varies with video quality, file sizes, and background app activity.

Choose This Plan

Data Bundle · 3000GB

¥658/bundle

  • 3000GB, use until depleted
  • Never expires
  • Unlimited devices
  • 30-day refund policy

A good fit if you know your usage patterns, want a larger data allowance, and don’t need a monthly reset. Base your choice on your usage history rather than choosing a plan just because the total allowance is large.

This plan changes the total data allowance, not route coverage or device limits. If you’re still unsure about your day-to-day needs, compare the other plans with your usage intervals. Data bundles never expire, but any data you use still counts against your balance.

Different allowances; choose a route for your needs

  • Choosing an international route: Choose based on the destination service’s region and your local connection performance. See the available routes on the Servers page.
  • Use across platforms: After signing in, get your subscription and client links from the panel. An active plan is also required to access iOS download links. Plan fees don’t include memberships for destination platforms.
  • Streaming access: Check content availability for the platform’s region. Results depend on platform policies, account region, and how the exit connection is identified; availability isn’t guaranteed permanently.
  • Report an issue: For connection, order, or billing issues, submit a ticket through the panel. Include the platform, route, and any error message to help us investigate.

No email address required. Create an account with a username and password.

Unlimited devices refers to the number of devices you can use; your data allowance still depends on the plan you choose. Device limits, data allowances, and account permissions on destination services are separate things. When accessing AI tools or streaming platforms, follow their terms of use as well.

Compare by usage pattern

Monthly Plans vs. Data Bundles

The way data is counted matters more than the price alone. There’s no one-size-fits-all answer for regular or occasional use. First decide whether you need a monthly reset, then choose an allowance.

Check your everyday usage before choosing a plan

For text searches and web browsing, focus on your usage during a typical session. If you stream a lot, factor in video quality and viewing habits. Background syncing, app updates, and file transfers can happen at the same time, so don’t estimate based only on the pages you open yourself. Your own usage history is a more reliable guide than the number of devices you have.

Choosing a plan is different from choosing a route. A higher data tier addresses your allowance needs; it doesn’t replace checking your local network and destination service. If you’re having trouble accessing a platform, first check its region and account requirements, then follow the getting started guide to review setup and connection steps. If the issue persists, submit a ticket rather than treating a plan upgrade as a troubleshooting fix.

Payment Methods & Process

Pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. Use this pricing overview to compare plans; choose and pay in the user panel.

Alipay WeChat Pay USDT
  1. Open the panel and check your account. If you already have an account, sign in. New accounts require no email address; create one with a username and password. Keep your login details safe; you can view orders and submit support tickets in your account.
  2. Choose a plan and check the terms. Make sure you’ve selected a monthly plan or a data bundle, then review the allowance, price, and billing method. A mid-cycle monthly plan upgrade involves prorating the price difference for the remaining days. Review the change details shown in the panel before confirming.
  3. Follow the payment page instructions to pay. For Alipay or WeChat Pay, check the order total. For USDT, verify the network, recipient address, and amount shown before proceeding. Follow the instructions on the page; don’t rely on details from a previous payment.
  4. Return to your account to check the order status. After paying, verify the order and plan details in the panel, then get your subscription and client links. If anything looks unclear, keep your order details and proof of payment, then explain the issue in a support ticket. Avoid repeating actions that could make the payment harder to verify.

Get clients and subscriptions through the user panel; this page doesn’t provide installers or direct subscription links. Keep your subscription details and account credentials secure. When submitting a support ticket, share only the information needed to investigate, and never share your full subscription link publicly.

Refunds & Order Checks

30-day refund policy

VPNGot offers refunds within 30 days, no reason required. See the Terms of Service for eligibility details. To request a refund, submit a ticket through the user panel with the relevant order and a clear description of your request. This helps us match the payment, plan, and refund request.

Before submitting, check your order history and keep your proof of payment. If you have multiple orders, specify which one the request applies to. If the order status doesn’t match the payment, explain that too. Never share your password, full subscription details, or payment credentials on public pages or in article comments.

Refund requests and connection troubleshooting are separate matters. If you want to keep using the service, describe the platform, route, and error message in a ticket so we can help investigate. If you want a refund, just say so. Follow the request through the ticket; this page makes no additional promise about processing time, and troubleshooting isn’t a prerequisite for requesting a refund.

Plan FAQs

How much do the plans cost?

The lowest plan is ¥9.9/month for 60GB. Other monthly plans are ¥18/month for 250GB and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data bundles cost ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, or ¥658/3000GB; they last until used and never expire.

How many devices can I use at once?

There’s no device limit. Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux are supported. When using multiple devices, manage access based on the data remaining in your account. Device limits and plan data allowances are separate rules.

How many days do I have to request a refund, and how do I apply?

Refunds are available within 30 days, no reason required. Sign in to the user panel and submit a refund request through the support ticket system, specifying the relevant order. Check the Terms of Service for eligibility details; follow your request in the ticket.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Choose a plan in the user panel, check the order total, then follow the payment page instructions. For USDT, verify the network, address, and amount shown on the page before sending.

When does monthly plan data reset, and can I upgrade mid-cycle?

Data resets monthly on your activation date, not at the start of each calendar month. For a mid-cycle upgrade, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Before confirming, check the prorated amount and order details in the user panel.

How do I choose between a data bundle and a monthly plan?

Data bundles last until used and never expire, making them suitable for occasional or irregular use. Monthly plans suit ongoing use and make it easier to budget data by month. Compare your actual usage with the reset rules before choosing; don’t go by the total data allowance alone.
